Each delivery truck is routed the morning of with new orders coming in throughout the day, so it is difficult for us to estimate a delivery window. Most drivers will do their best to let you know when they are on the way. If you selected credit card payment, you do not need to be home for the delivery.
Just follow these easy steps (please also be sure to review our full cancelation policy in the Help Center).
- Sign into your account and click the “Cancel” button under the Orders section of your account dashboard.
- Your refund will be processed to the credit card that was charged. Please allow 3-5 days for it to show in your bank account.
Give us a call or text us at (516) 944-0699 and we’ll be happy to do our best to accommodate. Please note that in the event it is too late for us to intercept your delivery driver, you are still responsible for your delivery.
Don’t worry, you will only pay for the heating oil that is actually pumped into your tank. If your tank couldn’t take the full amount you ordered, you will be automatically refunded for the difference as soon as your delivery driver lets us know what your tank received. Refund may take 3-5 business days to post to your account.
